1 6oz package of Lemon Jell-O
2 cups boiling water
1 16 oz can of crushed pineapple (do not drain)
1 12 oz to 16 oz container of cool whip
2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup of chopped pecans
Dissolve Lemon Jell-O in boiling water add undrained pineapple.
Chill in bowl in refrigerator until set. (about 1.5-2 hours)
After it has set, stir to loosen Jell-O mixture, fold in Cool whip, cheese, and nuts.
Can be served in a bowl or a 9x13 casserole dish.
