Chelsea's Crepes

Crepes:

1  cup of Flour
 ¼ cup of Powdered Sugar
1  cup of Milk
2 Eggs
3 Tablespoon of Butter Melted
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla
¼ Teaspoon of salt

Mix together and let sit while you make the sauce

Special Sauce:

¼ cup Butter
¼ cup Brown Sugar
¼ Teaspoon Cinnamon
¼ cup of Cream
Put into pan and stir over low heat.

Chop up bananas 5 to 6 or more depending on the size of your group (you can add strawberries too)

Once sauce is done get your pan ready to make crepes

Small to medium nonstick pan depending on the size you want them to be.

Make sure your heat is on medium
Once pan is heated you can use non stick spray or butter if the crepes are sticking.
Use 1/4 cup of batter pour in the middle of the pan, pick up the pan and rotate the pan so that the crepe batter spreads out thin and cover the the bottom of the pan it should look like a very thin pancake. Once edges are cooked take it and flip it to cook the other side, because it is so thin it does not take very long to cook maybe 2 mins on each side, it should be a very light color, you do not want it crispy because you need to roll them. Repeat til all batter is used.

Once all cooked take a crepe
Take your cut up bananas or strawberries or both put on one side of the crepe take your sauce drizzle over fruit and roll the crepe then drizzle more sauce on top add some whip cream and then..... eat up buttercup!!

You can use any fruit add Nutella,  powder sugar, make it your own.

I always do a crepe bar so everyone can make it their own way, but never skip out on the special sauce!
